id=\"基礎知識\">基礎知識</h2>\n<p>Rails Girls Jr 的活動是非盈利性的。我們不收取任何費用，也不會向教練或演講者支付報酬。參與活動不需要編程經驗，年齡最好在 14 至 21 歲『符合 Junior 的定義』。只要有一台筆記本和好奇心就可以參加活動！</p>\n\n<p>一次為期一天的活動將包含很多團隊合作與簡短精煉的演講，重點是編程、設計和 web。這裡將不會有正式的演說台或辯論會，氣氛最好是隨和與務實的。越少抽象概念，越多參與精神越好！</p>\n\n<h2 id=\"rails-girls-jr-理念\">Rails Girls Jr 理念</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>讓你自己的個性煥發光彩，時刻不忘統觀全局。在解釋、重複一個知識點的時候要把它放到大環境中去，而不是游離其外，從而使聽眾失去興趣或不知所云。</li>\n <li>互聯網是由人創建的，它不會因為您的把玩而崩潰。我們要不斷地提醒聽眾網站的人性一面：鼓勵教練們討論開源社區、自己的程序員偶像和激勵自己的故事。</li>\n <li>複製粘貼是王道。編程本身並不是整個工作的核心，好比我們不可能在一天之內學會漢語，我們也無法在一天之內學會所有編程中用到的語法和表達式。活動的宗旨就是向學員授之以漁。</li>\n <li>這個小世界是圍著女孩們旋轉的！但是大齡女青年、家庭主婦甚至男生們都是可以參加的。 Rails Girls Jr 裡的『Girls』不僅限於字面上的『女孩』，而是指一種年輕上進的心理狀態。 Rails Girls 的兩名創始人都是聽著辣妹『Spice Girls』的歌長大的，他們從不覺得『女孩』這個詞只是指可愛的小女生，或隱含著任何負面的意義。</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2 id=\"示範\">示範</h2>\n<p>每場『Rails Girls Jr』 活動一般首選在周末的一天，這樣女孩們通常可以避開平常的上學時間。活動通常持續一整天，從早上 9 點開始簽到，9:30 開始配置環境，10 點正式開始活動。時間應該根據參與者的需求和當地習俗靈活安排。</p>\n<h3 id=\"教學的目標\">教學的目標</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>理解動態和靜態網頁的區別。</li>\n <li>網絡的語言：讓學員對於一個 web 程序的構成有一個初步的了解。學習『編程ABC』：字符串、方法、變量、數組、exclamations、chaining、哈希表、塊『blocks』… 以及工具如終端『terminal』、瀏覽器、文本編輯器等。介紹大家認識互聯網的基本功能模塊：編程語言、框架『frameworks』、數據庫以及它的基礎設施。</li>\n <li>讓學員知道從哪裡入手學習編程，無論是在線還是離線。</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2 id=\"活動開始前一天-晚上-730-晚餐\">活動開始前一天 晚上 7:30 晚餐</h2>\n<p>教練們共進晚餐，互相認識對方。交換聯繫方式。下發明天需要使用的一些資源，教材，徽章，參會牌，T-Shirt。與教練們溫習一下第二天將要講解的 web 程序和主要的內容。</p>\n<h2 id=\"上午-900---上午-930-簽到\">上午 9:00 - 上午 9:30 簽到</h2>\n<p>在入口處設置明顯的簽到指示牌，可以通過提前發送到參會女孩們郵箱裡的 QR id=\"上午-930---上午-1000-安裝環境\">上午 9:30 - 上午 10:00 安裝環境</h2>\n<p>將提前準備好的一鍵配置腳本投影出來，讓學員在終端器中輸入，然後等待。教練注意留意電腦，如果發生疑難情況請善用 RVM，要盡可能的和女孩們解釋命令背後的含義以及讓女孩們『坐和放寬』。</p>\n<h2 id=\"上午-1000---上午-1010-致歡迎詞\">上午 10:00 這個教程過一遍，解釋每一步我們在做什麼，以及重要的名詞和概念。講解貴在簡單，即使是犧牲準確性。無需解釋所有高深的概念。只需在出現問題的時候予以回答，如果問題過於艱澀或『超綱』，應當果斷跳過。我們不是在傳授完美的編程本領，而是教授怎樣解決實際問題。學員們首先需要學會『走』，然後才是『跑』。</p>\n\n<p>應覆蓋的概念:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Rails id=\"下午0230---傍晚0530-工作室時間\">下午02:30 - 傍晚05:30 工作室時間</h2>\n<p>到了繼續開發程序的時間了。關注會場氣氛：如果大家看上去仍然難以集中註意力的話，讓教練或其他與會者做一些簡短的演講『lighting talks』。</p>\n\n<p>演講的題目可以如下『但不僅限於這些』：</p>\n\n<ul>\n <li>女性職業程序員談談在這個行業中工作的體會。</li>\n <li>設計：用戶體驗和界面『UX & UI』，在紙上或計算機上製作一些示範程序『mockups』。</li>\n <li>用有趣的方式介紹熱門的技術概念和框架『frameworks』：Github？編程和文學有什麼共通之處？</li>\n <li>展示一些實在的東西：最好不要空泛，具體一些，講述真實的故事。</li>\n <li>分享互聯網大廠的美食與工作經歷。</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>在大家都製作完程序之後，花一些時間讓大家嘗試修改 CSS ，加入評論系統等等。</p>\n\n<h2 id=\"下午0530---傍晚0600-git開源她\">下午05:30 - 傍晚06:00 Git，開源她！</h2>\n<p>在開發的尾聲介紹 Git 和開源世界，讓參會者知道 Github 和 Git 之間的關係，以及 Rails Girls Jr 就是一個 Rails Girls 的分支。</p>\n\n<p>讓女孩自己決定是否要開源自己今天的成果，選擇合適的開源許可，介紹 Github Desktop 的用法，註冊一個 Github 賬號。</p>\n\n<p>結束後如果女孩想加入 Rails Girls Jr 的組織裡，注意收集女孩的註冊郵箱。</p>\n\n<h2 id=\"怎樣找到本地的軟件開發者程序員呢\">怎樣找到本地的軟件開發者/程序員呢？</h2>\n<p>Google。幾乎每個國家都有 Rails 或 Ruby 的社區（有的可能叫『Ruby Brigade』，或『Ruby Tuesday』）。注意 Hackernews 聚會, GitHub 成員或 Dribbble 起草人等。搜索本地開源社區。參加 Ruby 主題的會議 (比如 這些 活動？</h2>\n<p>任何人。我們要找的是願意下工夫把女孩帶進網絡開發世界的人。我們希望結識（不用全都有）這樣的人：</p>\n\n<ul>\n <li>和本地軟件業聯繫緊密。我們並不強調某一門技術，所以不用是純 Ruby 或 Rails 開發者。實際上每次活動都需要 5 名或更多的有 Rails 經驗的教練，每人犧牲兩天的時間。大體上每次活動有 25-40 人參加。</li>\n <li>組織經驗豐富。不需要超級有經驗，但至少有一些經驗。</li>\n <li>能貢獻一些怎樣找到對技術感興趣的女孩的主意。大學、高中、初中，在教育行業有經驗的人，我們要找的是對互聯網感興趣，但沒有編程經驗的人。</li>\n <li>將來有女孩想組織她們自己的 Rails Girls Jr 人的場地。對於一個編程主題的活動來說，應該滿足：</p>\n\n<ul>\n <li>經過測試，高速、穩定的互聯網。將有30台計算機同時在線，加上手機、在線點歌、視頻，對網絡的考驗可想而知！</li>\n <li>有條件讓 4-6 人的小組在一起工作：桌椅，有時很大的枕頭也可以！可以分散在多個房間裡。</li>\n <li>可以提供延長線和投影儀。</li>\n <li>有空間享用食物和飲料，專門用午餐的空間，也可以在附近。</li>\n <li>不必強求，但最好有外接顯示器，對於教練講解代碼很有用。</li>\n <li>詢問本地開發者會議都在哪裡舉行。會所常常也會願意提供場所，以增加他們自己的知名度。</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>大學和高中學校將會是一個很好的選擇，由於 Rails Girls Jr 的參加女孩大多是學生，學校將會很願意提供這樣的場地。</p>\n\n<h2 id=\"對教練有哪些要求呢\">對教練有哪些要求呢？</h2>\n<p>Rails Girls Jr 的活動主要是以小組形式展開的，理想中的是 4-5 人/教練。教練不用是 Rails 專家，有基本的知識即可，積極性比專業知識更重要。我們想要的是能夠回答問題，樂觀向上，能夠維持場面 8 <li>互联网是由人创建的，它不会因为您的把玩而崩溃。我们要不断地提醒听众网站的人性一面：鼓励教练们讨论开源社区、自己的程序员偶像和激励自己的故事。</li>\n <li>复制粘贴是王道。编程本身并不是整个工作的核心，好比我们不可能在一天之内学会汉语，我们也无法在一天之内学会所有编程中用到的语法和表达式。活动的宗旨就是向学员授之以渔。</li>\n <li>这个小世界是围着女孩们旋转的！但是大龄女青年、家庭主妇甚至男生们都是可以参加的。Rails Girls Jr 里的『Girls』不仅限于字面上的『女孩』，而是指一种年轻上进的心理状态。Rails Girls 的两名创始人都是听着辣妹『Spice Girls』的歌长大的，他们从不觉得『女孩』这个词只是指可爱的小女生，或隐含着任何负面的意义。</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2 id=\"示范\">示范</h2>\n<p>每场『Rails Girls Jr』 活动一般首选在周末的一天，这样女孩们通常可以避开平常的上学时间。活动通常持续一整天，从早上 9 点开始签到，9:30 开始配置环境，10 点正式开始活动。时间应该根据参与者的需求和当地习俗灵活安排。</p>\n<h3 id=\"教学的目标\">教学的目标</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>理解动态和静态网页的区别。</li>\n <li>网络的语言：让学员对于一个 web 程序的构成有一个初步的了解。学习『编程ABC』：字符串、方法、变量、数组、exclamations、chaining、哈希表、块『blocks』… 活动？</h2>\n<p>任何人。我们要找的是愿意下工夫把女孩带进网络开发世界的人。我们希望结识（不用全都有）这样的人：</p>\n\n<ul>\n <li>和本地软件业联系紧密。我们并不强调某一门技术，所以不用是纯 Ruby 或 Rails 开发者。实际上每次活动都需要 5 名或更多的有 Rails 经验的教练，每人牺牲两天的时间。大体上每次活动有 25-40 人参加。</li>\n 人的场地。对于一个编程主题的活动来说，应该满足：</p>\n\n<ul>\n <li>经过测试，高速、稳定的互联网。将有30台计算机同时在线，加上手机、在线点歌、视频，对网络的考验可想而知！</li>\n <li>有条件让 4-6 人的小组在一起工作：桌椅，有时很大的枕头也可以！可以分散在多个房间里。</li>\n <li>可以提供延长线和投影仪。</li>\n <li>有空间享用食物和饮料，专门用午餐的空间，也可以在附近。</li>\n <li>不必强求，但最好有外接显示器，对于教练讲解代码很有用。</li>\n <li>询问本地开发者会议都在哪里举行。会所常常也会愿意提供场所，以增加他们自己的知名度。</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>大学和高中学校将会是一个很好的选择，由于 Rails Girls Jr
