Enhancement Request: Add GPU Memory Junction Temperature, & GPU Hot Spot Temperature sensors

Hello raiguard,

First off, I've been using ModernGadgets for what seems like forever and I'm a big fan. Thank you for all of your hard work!

There are 2 additional temp sensor readings available from hwinfo for my GPU, Memory Junction Temperature, and Hot Spot Temperature. I'm hoping they're easy to add to gpumeter, and that it's mostly just cut and paste. This data is very important to me, because RTX 3000 series cards have been known to run hot. And maybe it could be graphed like the GPU temperature is? 😁
