Embedding Models

i'm trying to test different embedding models to see if it change the response quality on my ragapp/ollama environment.

I've pull different models on ollama :
-> ollama pull snowflake-arctic-embed:latest
-> ollama pull mxbai-embed-large:latest
-> ollama pull nomic-embed-text:latest

But only nomic model is recognize as an embedding model in ragapp : the other ones are shown in the "model" drop-down list...

Any advise how to use other embeddings models ?
