When creating final release, release process for v0.33.0, in step 18, we encountered an error:

Per discussion, it was suggested that this error was not relevant for the release process and that the workflow may need to be updated.
Request to review assets.yaml and check with @youngbupark , @willdavsmith to confirm if https://github.com/radius-project/radius/actions/runs/8837387662/workflow#L61-L97 can be deleted entirely or needs to be updated.
