Add a modal for adding track

Currently to add a track you have to go to /add. This works, but it's sometimes annoying to have to switch page only to paste in a link.

Since add track is the most important action, I'd suggest we create an add track modal that can be opened from any page. Would also be nice with a shortcut to open it.
