The Speech Signal Processing Toolkit (SPTK) is a suite of speech signal processing tools for UNIX environments. It has been being developed by the SPTK working group (see “Who we are” below) and some graduate students in Nagoya Institute of Technology (see “AUTHORS” in the same directory).
