This is how it looks like in your site:

I also checked with another Tajweed Mushaf that I have and it's also the same (just different colors).

By the way, I am not referring to colors - I'm refering to how "normal prolongation 2 vowels" is written like this:

Shouldn't you write it like this instead:

So that it becomes like this:
