Deprecate QUnit.reset

People shouldn't stuff a bunch of tests into a single one and then use QUnit.reset() inbetween. If you need the reset, use a separate test.

jQuery Core actually hooks into QUnit.reset to do custom cleanup. Need to change that to QUnit.testDone (or whatever is most appropiate) before deprecating QUnit.reset.

Added a comment in the QUnit source as well as in the API documentation. Filed a ticket for jQuery Core to update: http://bugs.jquery.com/ticket/14040
