We recently added two new query parameters in the ES `field_caps` endpoint, [ref](https://github.com/quickwit-oss/quickwit/blob/main/quickwit/quickwit-serve/src/elasticsearch_api/model/field_capability.rs#L47-L50). We should use them to restrict the field cap call to the Grafana time window.
