HTML output: is there a tabset anchor?

It can't only be solved with an anchor because we need javascript to switch tabs. But it might be possible to add something to our tabby runtime to do this.

This a good feature. I can use it now! So, what would the URL look like? An example:
https://demo.com/my-tab-page.html?anchor=name-of-panel-to-show&preset=name-of-panel-tabset-to-preset::h2-name-of-tab-to-preset&preset=name-of-another-panel-tabset-to-preset::h2-name-of-tab-to-preset
using "::" to separate tabset panel name from the tab name in each preset tuple.

It would be great to be able to link to a specific tab as it's possible to link to section for instance.
