Why when I render a manuscript it creates notebooks out of nowhere ?

Hi
I have created a Quarto manuscript. However, when I try to preview or render it, a section of license notebooks (.md) suddenly appears out of nowhere. I don’t know why they show up or how to make them disappear. I'm only have the index.qmd and yml files What am I missing?
I'm using macOS 15.1.1 an quarto version 1.6.37

The issue lies in your environment not in Quarto.
I cannot reproduce your issue.
