[ISSUE] - Unread Host entries without sub-option

Hi all,

I just discovered that since sshs v4, host entries defined without any sub-option don't appear in sshs search bar.

Host *.domain.tld
  User toto
  ProxyJump bastion

Host device01.domain.tld
Host device02.domain.tld

Host device03.domain.tld
  User bob

device01.domain.tld and device02.domain.tld will not appear in sshs search bar but device03.domain.tld will.

This was working fine in sshs v3.4.0.
