I am happy to merge whenever you want, I think your advent date is the 14th? If you like I can merge it on Sunday night my time so its ready for the 14th.

Yes indeed, the calendar post date is 14th December but I think it can be safely merged at any point before that, and it will then be "promoted" from the 14th onwards.
