Ontology validation for study and metadata fields

Not a lot of discussion has gone into this, but we do need to figure out how to approach this.

This is potentially related to #481. @squirrelo, Do you mean "during addition of studies", or "during upload of metadata"?

Potentially both. We need to control for the ontology of the sampled area, which looks like it's in place, as well as specific columns in the sample and prep templates.
