Improve error message when uploading sample info file

Would it be possible to have a count of all the samples that are wrong/ duplicated/ missing etc in the error message?

@ackermag I think I don't fully follow the issue - can you elaborate a bit more about which error message are you referring and in which situations it is shown? Thanks!

e.g. when re-uploading a sample_template the error says that the template being uploaded differs from what is in the database by the following samples: with a list of sample_ids. It is sometimes helpful to know how many or if it is all, especially when the list is long.

Oh! Ok, that makes sense! Yeah, I've a couple of ideas on how to improve all these together. We will talk about them later once all the plugin and other extremely pressing functionality is done.
