As the first version of GST is about to be merged, I thought it could have been useful to collect somewhere all the desired improvements and features to add on top of the very first implementation.

Beta Give feedback

1. Allow for user-defined gates for state preparation, measurement bases and observable, while providing some default configurations
2. Target specific qubits when running GST
3. Allow custom physical qubit names in wire_names
