we need ipinfo.io alternative because free account are limited to 50k query per month

after vpn running we can't get IP information because Too Many Requests

WARN [ip getter] too many requests sent for this month from https://ipinfo.io/: 429 429 Too Many Requests; not retrying.

here are the alternatives:

• https://freeipapi.com/#pricing - free unlimited but 60 req/second

• do not ask for updates, be patient
• 👍 the issue to show your support instead of commenting
  @qdm12 usually checks issues at least once a week, if this is a new urgent bug,
  revert to an older tagged container image

I work for IPinfo; however, I am not very familiar with the code of the project. Here are our features:

• Tokenless access: 1,000 requests per day without an access token. The limit is set by IP addresses.
• Free Token access: 50,000 requests per month with a free tier access token.
• Fetching public IP address: Unlimited. Call the /ip endpoint for IPinfo API (https://ipinfo.io/ip ).
• Free IP databases: We have three free IP databases you can choose from: https://ipinfo.io/products/free-ip-database

We have the most generous tier available out there considering features like free HTTPS/SSL, equal access to our superfast API infrastructure and high-accuracy data. Although I have been following the project for a while, I was not aware this was an issue and should have responded immediately. Let me know what you think. Thanks!
