I thought qBitTorrent was bugging out, until I realized that I had to turn off this option.
I wasn't sure why "Set Location" wasn't being used, and this option was the cause.
The "Save Incomplete Torrents" should use a relative path, to avoid confusion, and because it makes far more sense overall, over having one hard coded, fixed path.
qBitTorrent also failed to properly update its settings, I had to restart the entire torrent client, a notification should be added for settings which require a restart before they can be applied.
