Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

4.0.2 and Windows 8.1

What is the problem

When i update qBT i always have to enable Create Desktop Shortcut

What is the expected behavior

It should remember my previous choice when i installed qBT

Typo in title...should be choice not choise
