Obtain torrents from cache sites (eg. itorrents).

This is a thought that cropped up in my mind. There are still torrent cache sites out there like itorrents that provide a means to download torrents given an infohash. Could qBittorrent incorporate behavior such that it can be told to seek out torrents from one or more of these sites, particularly when a torrent request starts with a magnet link instead of a torrent file? This could be an easier, better way to obtain torrent information than to wait on peers that may not show up for a bit.
