Can't add a search plugin in the webui version

What is the problem?

Nothing happens when https://raw.githubusercontent.com/LightDestory/qBittorrent-Search-Plugins/master/src/engines/glotorrents.py is pasted into the "Install plugin" box.

If anything is wrong - it should say what is wrong, otherwise it should add the plugin.
No action is a wrong outcome in any case.

It looks like the "python3" executable wasn't found. But there is no warning or error message.

Dupe of #19053 & #13875 possibly. (just did a quick search)

#19053 is a bug in WebUI. The qBittorrent team should fix it.
