Add 'filter' to GET options on WebUI

Suggestion

I'd like to be able to have the filter box fed from the URL line to help me see if I already have something in the queue faster.

Might already exist, but can't find it.

In other words http:///?filter=something

Use case

For some automations, they can create URL's programmatically, I can click a generated url, have it auto filter for me, review the list and add a new torrent if one is missing. Seems simple request, please!!

FWIW, I tried to guess by inspecting the field in the form and putting that in the url line too
