qBittorrent & operating system versions

qBittorrent: 4.4.0 x64
Operating system: Windows 10 Pro 21H2/20348.469 x64
Qt: 6.2.2
libtorrent-rasterbar: 2.0.5.0

What is the problem?

Hi, I can't install qBittorrent on the standard user.
