[BUG] Can't get out of vehicle until I put my hands up then down again

Describe the bug
Hi team, when I am in a vehicle, sometimes I cannot get out until I hit the handsup button twice. It then lets me out of car
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go in a car
2. Drive for 5-10 minutes
3. Attempt to get out of car
4. Can't get out until pressing x twice

Expected behavior
Can't get out of vehicle until you press x twice
