Workarounds for two apparently missing features?

I'm wanting to compare two directories and find files that are:

1. Duplicates based on filename and contents
2. Duplicates based on relative path, filename and contents

Are there ways to accomplish these in Czkawka? Maybe a sequence of comparisons? Maybe a sequence that also requires other non-Czkawka directory manipulations in between?

And if not, any other recommended linux gui-based alternatives to accomplish these? P.s. Very large and deeply nested directories. One-by-one and/or visual inspection not an option.

Performance, reference folders, selection criteria, other search types, etc. are all terrific!
