See https://pyup.io/account/repos/github/TotallyNotRobots/CloudBot/settings/ and https://github.com/TotallyNotRobots/CloudBot/blob/gonzobot/.pyup.yml

The .pyup.yml exists and is valid but the dashboard fails to load the settings

Facing the same issue for old and new repositories. Deleting and re-enabling, or, reloading the repository has no effect.

No custom settings configured
We have not detected a .pyup.yml configuration file in the root directory of your repo. You can configure the PyUp bot by creating this file.

However, it does not seem to have a negative effect on the functionality and the settings in .pyup.yml are being obeyed. Probably just a UI state bug.

Additionally, I closed the initial pull request for creating the .pyup.io file with default config as I had already added one myself. Although, I do not think that should have any bearing on the issue.
