Better 404 page

currently, the 404 page is the default 404 page of next js, that too with a black text colour (in dark mode) making the text not readable.

We need to make a 404 page according to out theme as well

That's nice , but i think more cartoonistic would be better, and to make page look complete , we can add some jokes related to python(showing that it is a 404) also a Python logo or Pycon india heading can be considered.
