Add rel=”noopener noreferrer” attribute alongside with target=”_blank” in anchor tags

This is to prevent the reverse tabnabbing vulnerability.

Nevertheless, modern navigators add rel="noopener" automatically to _blank target links.

But it doesn't hurt to add this extra security precaution, I guess
