Release Candidate 0 Status:

• Linux ARM wheels (pyproj 3.6.0 & PROJ 9.2.1 pyproj-wheels#57)
• Conda Forge (DEP: pyproj 3.6.0 conda-forge/pyproj-feedstock#137; Rebuild for proj921 conda-forge/pyproj-feedstock#136)
• Debian (@sebastic)
• Fedora (@jdkloe)

Plan to release in a few days. Testing is always appreciated, but definitely not required.

The Debian package built successfully with PROJ 9.1.1 from unstable:

Also on Fedora Rawhide the version 3.6.0rc0 builds just fine.
