Issue description

Every search results in a URL that is dead.

Example: when I search for "VCS" I get a suggestion.

Expected result

https://pipenv.pypa.io/en/latest/specifiers.html#vcs-dependencies

Actual result

https://pipenv.pypa.io/en/latest/basics/#a-note-about-vcs-dependencies

Steps to replicate

In the search bar type "vcs".

This happens for every search term I've checked.

Still seems to be true after fixing the doc build tonight.
