Add constraints for environments?

Is it possible to add constraints for envs that hatch manages? Currently I only found optional-dependencies with features but this tries to install the packages rather than just constrain the transient packages.

In uv you could setup a pyproject.toml with

dev-dependencies = [
    "apache-airflow[kubernetes,google,amazon,ftp,ssh]==2.9.1",
