The docs (here) were updated some time ago to point to my repo with a more up-to-date implementation of Kruschke's Doing Bayesian Data Analysis repo. I just realized that the README still had the old link. I also am not sure what the "Principled introduction to Bayesian data analysis" is. Kruschke's second edition is subtitled "A Tutorial with R, JAGS, and Stan". So I removed that and moved the 2nd edition repo so that it's first (but kept the 1st edition link as well).
