Upgrade zarr dependency to >= 3.x.x

### Description

The current supported `zarr` version is <3.0.0 (for some reason, this isn't explicitly stated in the `setup.py` optional requirements which can cause [installation conflicts](https://github.com/zarr-developers/zarr-python/issues/2957)). Ideally, we should upgrade the zarr dependency to >=3.x and lower than 4, but also explicitly include that information in the package information.
