Sorry current state of development doesn’t propose usefullnes for anybody except developer himself. After inverstigating all possible features code must be rewritten to separate library and CLI.
On Windows, easiest way to install is download artifacts for your python
version from
AppVeyor
and unpack to your site-packages.
