Triage Module Stacking Penalties

From the triage module description note section: "The amount of shield boosting gained from the Triage Module is subject to a stacking penalty when used with other similar modules that affect the same attribute on the ship."

In Pyfa, the triage module (both t1 and t2) do not properly count against shield boost amplifiers for stacking penalties. I have attached an image of a spreadsheet I created comparing these values between EFT and Pyfa. I went ahead and tested T1 and T2 triage as well as siege modules. The siege modules have the same stipulation about stacking penalties but they behave as expected, whereas both T1 and T2 triage modules do not.

Note that I tested these using Pith X-type shield boost amplifiers and meta capital shield boosters, so the base shield boost bonus is +45%.

Thanks for this, it was indeed missing stacking flags in the triage effect file. There should be a release tomorrow with this fix. =)
