Feature Request: bind_set

There are already helper templates to create bindings for std::map and std::vector.
It would be great to have the same option for std::set.

BTW To fully clarify, this is for stl_bind.h - the type_caster for std::set<> already exists in stl.h.

Not in the short term, I (or someone) have to add tests and handle special cases like bind_vector does.
