Remove translations

They're causing `Current textdomain ("master_domain") was not added, use FastGettext.add_text_domain !` error on `rake syntax` through the gettext initialisation in https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppetlabs_spec_helper/blob/172300a4c125b9089c43a39ebed9743db5416063/lib/puppetlabs_spec_helper/rake_tasks.rb#L376
