Consider export to "photo sharing" service (e.g. flickr)

My request is not related to a problem, it is requesting a more efficient workflow.

I host my own Nextcloud instance. I use it for my personal cloud needs, and photo management. I also write a blog, where I like to post photos also.

I use flickr to host the photos instead of uploading the photos to the blog, or linking directly to my Nextcloud server as, in the unlikely event a post gets popular, I don't want my Nextcloud server to go down.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like the ability to select a photo/photos in my Memories app, and send them to my Flickr account. Ideally:

• the metadata would also be sent
• I'd get the ability to choose the Flickr album/albums to add the photo/photos to
• I'd get the ability to add Flickr tags to the photo/photos
• in Memories I'd see some indication (e.g. a tag, an icon, etc) the photo has been posted to Flickr.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The only alternative is to download the photo from my Nextcloud, open Flickr.com, upload it the photo/photos, add it to the album, etc. It works, but since I've already uploaded the photo to Nextcloud it seems a waste to download it again, just to upload it to Flickr.

Additional context
Obviously I'd need to "connect" my Flickr account to my Memories app, to authorise Memories to upload to Flickr. Flickr does support 3rd party photo upload apps. They have API documentation available.

I cannot contribute code for this, but as a UX designer I'd be happy to do some UX designs/prototypes to show how it could work.
