Added favicon and fixed update_vendors.sh

• Added favicons
• Updated standards-oui.ieee.org url in update_vendors.sh to https because curl stopped working and was getting 302 redirect instead of an actual vendor list. This generated empty files and broke arp-scan

I did forked it once I realized this repo is stall, but I maintain it for my personal use. Changing and removing some functionalities to fit my needs. Unfortunately I'm unable to fully maintain this project for public use at this time.
