What went wrong, step-by-step?

Navigated to Activity Log
Every Pub listed on the Activity Log is listed in the column as “Untitled Pub - Mon Jul 08 2024”
The unjournal:title appears elsewhere, as expected (e.g., on /stages and /stages/manage)
Related to Some Actions (log, pdf, pushToV6) fail with Unjournal’s Submission PubType #411
