This could go in so many directions!

Some random ideas of where to start (non exhaustive list):

Can we get the bundle size down?
Can we reduce the amount of data we send for loo information to the client?
Can we cache loo data locally in a more efficient way?
Can we provide retina tiles for OSM?
Shall we remove the Chakra UI experiment and find a more lightweight design system impl going forward (as we start to migrate our older components)?
