Installation

1. Download the ZIP file of this repository.
2. Upload the /ideal-weight-calculator-master/ folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
3. Activate the Ideal Weight Calculator plugin through the "Plugins" menu in WordPress.

Usage

• Add the shortcode [ci_ideal_weight_calculator] to your page, post or sidebar.
• Or add the following code: <?php display_ci_ideal_weight_calculator(); ?> to your template where you would like the Ideal Weight Calculator to appear.
