on 2.7.4: Voronoi cell doesn't contain a source point!

Description of the bug

I have a model with multi-material on it at full (100%) size, it can slice it, but if I scale it to, say, 50%, the slicing produces the error: "Voronoi cell doesn't contain a source point!"
