Progress report while scanning

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When scanning large codebases, it would be nice to be able to output some sort of progress report

Describe the solution you'd like
Periodically outputting estimated % complete and time to completion would be nice, at least as an option.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Empirical time guesses based on previous runs on the same source tree ?

Additional context
This is especially useful when just starting to adopt it in a larger codebase, and the profile needs a lot of tweaking and multiple runs with editing rules and exclusions.
