You can test it by running ./chip-certification-tool/scripts/stop.sh and again ./chip-certification-tool/scripts/start.sh on the command line.

Please, follow the steps bellow:

• cd ~/certification-tool
• ./scripts/stop.sh
• ./scripts/ubuntu/auto-update.sh v2.10.1+spring2024
• ./scripts/start.sh

I'm assuming you are getting this issue by clicking repeat button in a previous test run execution, so can you try a new test with a different scenario?

• Start TH, select the desired test cases and perform the test execution
• After execution gets complete, Press <- Result button
• Click + Add Tests and select the same test cases in the previous step and perform the test execution

Please provide me the logs with the procedure above.

I have some free time, but I updated the test harness and confirmed it. It is not possible to test.
The log shows Reusing already running Border Router.
