`bundle install` fails to install kindlegen

bundle install fails because kindlegen -v '2.9.3' is broken by amazon changing the zip format. This is fixed in kindlegen -v '2.9.4'

I tried to install kindlegen by : gem install kindlegen -v '3.0.3' --source 'https://rubygems.org/'. Not working at all!

Try this:

$ bundle install

Installing kindlegen 3.1.1 failed. And I noticed the download url is https://web.archive.org/web/20150803131026/https://kindlegen.s3.amazonaws.com/kindlegen_linux_2.6_i386_v2_9.tar.gz
It seems because the website certificate expired
