Enhancement description

Add two new entries to the Help menu in the Processing IDE:

• Report a bug → opens the Processing GitHub Issues page in the user’s default browser
• Ask on the Forum → opens the Processing Discourse forum in the default browser

When clicked, these items should trigger the system’s default web browser to open the corresponding URLs.

Benefits

• Makes it easier for users to find official support channels
• Encourages bug reporting and reduces support requests sent via unofficial channels
