Permission manager doesn't remove previous permissions

Summary: In Processing Android Mode, I can add permissions in the "sketch Permission" under the Android menu. However, if I removed the permission by unchecking it in the "Sketch Permission" dialog, the manifest is not updated. My temporal solution is to manually remove the manifest. Then, when I upload the Sketch Permission manager, it will start with no permissions enabled at all and then I proceed to select all the permissions I need.
