8.4.0 version distribution broken

The package.json for version 8.4.0 lists the following entry points:

  "main": "dist/index.umd.js",
  "module": "dist/index.esm.js",

Neither of those files actually exist in the installed dist directory. The only files in the dist directory are:

icons.d.ts
index.d.ts

Version 8.3.0 includes the proper dist files.

octicons/build/build.css is also missing and I couldn't find any backlog about this
