TreeSelect should automatically scroll to show the selected option

Current behavior
Currently, when you select an option that is toward to end of the list and you had to scroll, when you open the treeselect menu again you don't see the option being selected until you scroll down. This is exactly the same issue as #1657

Expected behavior
Show automatically the selected option without having to scroll down. See below:
